Sodium-Feldspar

Premium Na-Feldspar: Unfloated and Float-Grade Options Available

LOW-CARBON – HIGH-PERFORMANCE – PROVEN SINCE ANTIQUITY
A Future-Proof Additive for Climate-Friendly-Cements

The benefits of natural pozzolan – or trass – are not new – the Romans used it more than 2,000 years ago to build long-lasting, water-resistant structures like aqueducts and harbor installations. Today, it is a smart solution for modern concrete: by reducing the amount of clinker required in cement, pozzolan helps cut carbon emissions while supporting long-lasting, high-performance construction.

Natural pozzolan (also known as trass or volcanic ash) is a finely ground material of volcanic origin with high reactivity. Recognized under international standards such as DIN EN 197-1 (Type II – Pozzolan) and ASTM C618 (Class N), it is officially classified as a supplementary cementitious material. When added to cement, it reacts with calcium hydroxide to form stable compounds that strengthen the concrete and improve its durability.

Locally Sourced Quality – From Türkiye
Our natural pozzolan comes from volcanic regions in central Türkiye. The material is light in color, highly reactive, and naturally low in impurities – ideal for producing sustainable and high-quality binders such as CEM II/B-P, CEM IV, or LC³ cements.

Na-Feldspar (Type: NaF2, NaF3, NaF3)

• Unfloated, but naturally low Fe2O3 content (0,3-0.6%)
• Low TiO₂ levels resulting from the rare presence of titanium-bearing accessory minerals such as rutile and titanite
• Light, uniform color even without flotation treatment
• Ideal for ceramic products, including tiles, porcelain, and sanitaryware
• Stable and consistent quality, ensured through regular XRF analysis and mineralogical evaluation

Flotation grade (NaFF)

For applications with higher purity requirements, the flotation grade NaF1, with Fe2O3 content of 0,06% (+/- 0,03) is available. The flotation process significantly reduces coloring oxide content, making it ideal for high-end ceramics, including gres porcellanato (porcelain stoneware).

Large Stockpile

• Mined in Western Anatolia, with intermediate storage at the port of Güllük.
• Thanks to its strategic location near the port of Güllük and substantial stockpiles both at the port and at the quarry, the feldspar can be shipped efficiently and promptly in bulk, typically via bulk carriers, ensuring smooth and reliable deliveries to international customers.

Yinovia Minerals: Trusted Industrial Mineral Supplier for Europe, the Middle East and Asia

Yinovia Minerals is a Hamburg-based independent trade and supply partner specialising in industrial minerals and ores. The company connects manufacturers across Europe, the Middle East and Asia with reliable producers — primarily in Turkey — and delivers end-to-end supply chain solutions. With strong producer partnerships in Turkey and a strategic location in Hamburg, Yinovia Minerals facilitates access to high-quality raw materials for global industry.

With a broad portfolio spanning pumice, pa), sodium feldspar, pozzolan/trass,amorphous silica and magnesia, Yinovia Minerals serves the ceramics, glass, construction, cement, paints, plastics, oil & gas and cosmetics sectors. Every supply process is backed by on-site inspection, laboratory analysis and multilingual documentation support — underpinning a reliable partnership model at every step.

Our Product Portfolio

Barite (BaSO₄) — High-Purity Barium Sulphate

Yinovia Minerals’ natural barite offers excellent density (4.2–4.4 g/cm³) and chemical inertness, covering a wide range of applications from oil & gas drillinplastics and radiation-shielding concrete. With BaSO₄ purity of 90–98%, the product is available in three grades: Drilling Class, Micronised Class and High-Purity White. Shipments are made from the ports of Mersin and Iskenderun.

Sericite (Fine-Grained Mica) — For Cosmetic and Industrial Applications

Distinguished by its fine lamellar structure, high whiteness and very low abrasiveness, sericite is a versatile mineral used in cosmetic powders, eyeshadows and foundation formulations as well as industrial paints, ceramics, porcelain and polymer additives. With SiO₂ (45–55%), Al₂O₃ (20–26%) and K₂O (6–8%), it delivers outstanding chemical stability. Available in 25–50 kg bags, big bags or bulk from the ports of Mersin, Izmir and Gemlik.

Pumice — Natural Volcanic Raw Material from Central Anatolia

Quarried from the volcanic regions of Central Anatolia, pumice stands out for its lightweight structure with a dry bulk density of 380–600 kg/m³ and low thermaK). It is used as lightweight concrete aggregate, in road construction and thermal ctor; as a plant-growing substrate and greenroof medium in horticulture; and as a filter medium in cement and chemicals. Largely freed from clay and impurities, and with lower moisture content than washed alternatives, our pumice eliminates costly washing processes. Bulk shipments from Iskenderun and Yumurtalık ports.

Expanded Perlite — Thermal Insulation an

Sourced from Turkish volcanic glass deposexceptional thermal and acoustic insulation with a bulk density of 30–150 kg/m³. Chemica-combustible, it is widely used inlightweight concrete blocks, insulation panels and mortars; soilless growing media and substrate blends; food and chemical industry filtration; and cryogenic insulation. With a SiO₂ content of 70–75%, it meets high quality standards and is available for container or bulk shipment from Iskenderun and Yumurtalık.
